Good Manufacturing Practices for Small-Scale Farms & Food Businesses Making Low Risk Foods

Are you a farm or small food business that chops, cans, preserves, aggregates, or dehydrates packaged food products? We will help you determine where you fall in the Preventive Controls Rule and how that applies to your operation. We will simplify the five main components of Good Manufacturing Practices over the course of two half-days.
